shipping policy

Shipping costs of purchased products from our shop are covered by the client. Shipping costs depend on the delivery form of the order. Regardless of the size of the order, witihin the borders of Poland, the cost of shipping remains the same. Shipping costs outside the country may be higher depending on weight of the order (see below):

Shipping costs witihin the Polish borders:

  • Registered shipping Polish Post: prepayment - 10 zł
  • Courier DPD: prepayment - 12 zł
  • Courier DPD: payment upon delivery - 19 zł
  • InPost personal pick up: pre payment -  10 zł
International shipping costs:

  • 0.0 - 0.3 kg - 19zł
  • 0.301 - 0.5 kg - 29zł
  • 0.501 - 1 kg - 49zł
  • 1.001 kg and up - 99zł

 

After the client has placed an order, they will receive an automatic response by way of e-mail which will confirm their order. The information will be sent to the e-mail address provided by the client, where the whole value of the order, delivery costs, estimated time of delivery as well as the form of delivery will be indicated, and more specifically, the form of payment and delivery of the product.

Majority of orders are delivered within 48 hours of receiving the payment in our account. We do not accept payment confirmations generated by the bank.

The claimed estimated amount of delivery time can be extended due to reasons out of our control as well as complications in contact between the courier and the client and other reasons that are connected to the company responsible for delivering the package.

If you do not receive your delivery within the amount of time listed below, we ask that you contact our office. We will then file the appropriate complaint.

  • Delivery through Polish Post- up 10 14 business days
  • DPD Courier- up to 3 business days
  • Paczkomaty InPost – up to 7 business days
  • International Shipping- up to 14 business days

Attention! We kindly ask that you check your package upon receiving it. If you consider the package to have been damaged during delivery, we ask that you request the courier to provide you with the proper information and protocol regarding damages and then contact our office.
