Products purchased from our store can be returned only under the condition that the remanded merchandise has not been used, damaged, and contains its original packaging. Returns and exchanges can be made within 14 days of receiving the delivery. We do not accept deliveries that require payment upon delivery. Each remanded product must be properly packaged. In case of any damage to the packaging, we do not accept returns/exchanges.
1. How to exchange a product:
First of all, contact us at +48 692 614 073 or by e-mail at info@clareblanc.pl. and inform about it. Wait until we reply. After that, you’ll be ask to check if the product you wish to exchange for is found within our commercial offer. Place an order on this product; you will have a guarantee that the product will not be sold out, and within the comments on the order write: EXCHANGE. The cost connected with the exchange will be covered by the purchaser. Send us the exchanged product along with the proof of purchase (without it the exchange will not be possible) as well as a confirmation of the payment of shipping costs, on the address which can be found in the Contact tab.

2. How to return a product ?
In order to return a product, contact us at +48 692 614 073 or by e-mail at info@clareblanc.pl, wait for reply and after confirmation, send us back the returned product and proof of purchase (without it a return will not be possible).
Refunds are made by bank transfer within 14 business days from the day the package has been received.
3. How to place a complaint about a product ?
All products purchased through our store give you rights due to the lack of conformity of the product with a contract for the period of 2 years from the date of purchase. Fill out our Form of Complaint and send it to us along with the purchased product as well as proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) to our address which can be found in the Contact tab.
All complaints are considered within 14 business days of receiving the product in question. all In the case of a reasonable complaint, the product will be exchanged for another (at the full cost), and if this is not possible (for example, the product is out of stock), we will provide you with a full refund of the product.
Remember: we do not accept packages with payment upon delivery.
